Our timesheet module lets you enter hours worked on a project or a task. Following an approval request, a project manager can approve or reject the submitted hours. Finally, time reports can be generated in order to track worked hours.

The User Workload Report shows the number of hours assigned to each user, on a daily basis. This enables administrators to view who has too many tasks assigned, and who could take more work. 

All employees within an organization have different roles. That requires access rights that are peculiar to each one. Certain users can be granted different access rights from one project to another, while administrators have full control over all data in the system.

A task may require additional documentation to be consulted. Our file attachment feature lets you attach a file to a particular task. Whether you need to upload images, screenshots, PDFs or MP3s, you can upload and download any file, regardless of its extension.

Importing data into AceProject may be surprisingly time-saving, especially if you are currently using another application and planning to switch to AceProject. User profiles and tasks can be carried over into AceProject quickly and easily, in bulk. Our import module lets you upload users and tasks that were exported from another application in CSV format.

Whether you need to backup information or simply work offline, our Excel/CSV Data Export module allows you to quickly save your data as .xls or as .csv files.

Even though AceProject is loaded with reports, we built a tool that lets you build your reports, your way, using our "Custom Task Reports" feature.

The "Message Center" is an internal email tool that enables you to send messages to other users in your account quickly. Communication is a virtue in project management. The more communication tools are available, the more efficient your team will be.

Since each person has different needs, we feel it's mandatory that each one can define options accordingly. For example, each user can specify his/her own time zone and date format, or decide how many tasks are displayed per page. This way, each user sees his or her data in the format they prefer, so everyone gets the  best possible experience with AceProject.

A discussion forum is a surprisingly useful feature in a web-based project management software.  Discussion forums can be used company wide to share thoughts, ideas, issues, knowledge and lots more. Users can also be notified by email when a new reply has been posted to a topic.

Although AceProject's interface is available in English and in French, you may need to collaborate with your team in a third language. Since AceProject supports non-latin characters from more than 30 languages, users can enter data in languages such as Chinese, Arabic, Greek and more.
